We provide technical support services which are fee-based as described below in order to make VDS hosting prices as low as it possible. Fee Based Technical Support services include any troubles that you may be experiencing with your account as a result of problems arising from customer supplied files, scripts, databases, or any other external applications that you have installed on your account for the operation of your VDS that is not included as part of your subscription plan. If your mail server is not working properly, your web server is down, or you are unable to reach your web site due to a network outtage (although unlikely) we will be happy to provide you full service to resolve your problem and get your services operating again. Please use our web technical support system in "My Account" to request assistance with your hosting account.

We do believe that even the chargable Tech Support doesn't make our services unprofitable. Just compare our prices with the ones from across the web and read reviews from other hosting providers, and you will indeed feel the difference.
