How does it work?

You will be provided with the services ordered as long as there is money on your account.

This page lists common questions and concerns our customers have when reading their bill. The items listed below are examples and will vary depending on the product you've selected. If your questions are not answered by the examples below, please send an email. Kindly include detailed questions so we will be able to improve upon our general explanation.

What is a virtual account?

Your virtual account displays your billing history (the billing currency is "US Dollar"). You can find your account balance on your statement in the Customer's Zone.

How can I deposit to my account?

Go to the "Fund an account" page. Enter your payment amount into the proper box and select the method of payment from the list. You've done!

You can find the detaild information on your billing history on the "Settlements" page.

How and when will you bill me?

We will bill you for the services we render to you on a daily basis. For example, your hosting plan is VDS-Coyote (9.95 USD / month). In this case, in May (31 days) we will daily charge 9.95 / 31 = 0.3209 USD. Additional services are billed the same way.

We provide an easy-to-follow Billing and Payment system for our customers. For example, you want to upgrade your plan from VDS-Coyote to VDS-Buffalo. In this case the only thing that will be changed is your daily expense amount. That means that you will pay for only what you actually use.

You can find the detaild information on your billing history on the "Settlements" page. For your comfort we added the option that allows to estimate your expenses per month.

What happens if I don't pay my bill?

Our hosting services are payable in advance. So, if your account is not deposited in time, then your Virtual Dedicated Sever will be closed to the public.

Once you have deposited to your account, your VDS will be automaticallu activated within 10 minutes.

Once your account is 14 days past due, your VDS will be closed forever.

How do I UPGRADE my account and How do I order additional services?

If your hosting plan no longer meets the needs of your growing business, you can either upgrade it to another plan or request additional services. Simply go to your Account Manager ("Products" page) and change any account details you wish.

Note that upgrading account or add resources, your VDS will not be suspended.
