What are the performance-testing conditions for a VDS installed with FreeBSD 6.2?
This appendix provides test results captured on the performance impact of a server. The data was collected in real time from real users. Before testing, we stop all the services (apache, mysql, sendmail, etc) running on the Virtual Dedicated Server. At the time of the testing the list of processes was the following:

The testing utility was UnixBench v4.1.0 - WHT Variant.
# tar xzf unixbench-4.1.0-wht.tar.gz # cd unixbench-4.1.0-wht-1/ # make # ./Run
After each testing we upgraded the tariff plan and start new testing. The results are presended below.
